Probably the best and most unexpected experience dealing with, for me, an unknown entity as luxury transfer from Kings Cross to Tilbury cruise terminal. I was kept informed from the guy who took the on-line booking, given the drivers name and mobile and he turned up exactly where and when he was supposed to and what a lovely man, very smart, pleasant and the smoothest ride both me and my wife have ever had. Also the price was amazing so much so we tried to book the return even though we had rail tickets but it was far to short notice(2 hours) and they were fully booked. Not suprised.
